Refund/ Cancellation Policy

We at Project Bandi are committed to a slow and measured production process, making our small contribution to a more conscious fashion landscape. 

All your purchases are made to order and with great care and precision which is why as a company policy, we do not offer refunds. 

Once a Project Bandi piece is purchased, it can be exchanged for another item or store credit, or altered provided the following terms and conditions are met.

Cancellation Policy

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges within 2 weeks of delivery. Conditions apply.
• For domestic exchanges, the client will have to bear the cost of shipping the product to us. In case of International orders, all shipping costs to and from us will be borne by the client.

Cancellation Policy

• Once your order is in production, it cannot be canceled.
  
  

Exchange Policy

• Made-to-measure orders cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded. However, alterations can be done if required, with shipping costs to be borne by the client (domestic and international).
  
  

International Orders

• For our international customers, please note that Project Bandi, a brand of Smehraa Styling Co., is not liable for any customs or duties charged upon delivery.
• In the event that a package is returned to us, we are not liable to re-ship it unless international shipping is paid again.
• Any packages returned to us due to non-payment of import duties by the customer cannot be canceled, and a refund will not be issued.
• Shipping charges for any returns, exchanges or alterations will be borne by the customer (to and from us).
