Comfort Fit: Designed for ease and movement, comfort fit styles offer a relaxed and effortless look, making them ideal for those with a naturally broader build or who prefer more room, ensuring all-day comfort without compromising on style. Overall it is 1 inch looser than the slim fit.

Slim fit is for you if you have a lean body and prefer clothes that fit close to your body.

Comfort fit is for you if you have a fuller frame, prefer a looser fit, or if you're between two sizes (for example, if you're between size 40 slim and size 42 slim, choose 40 comfort for a better fit).

If your body measurements don’t fit into one standard size on our size chart, a custom size is the best option.

For example, if your chest matches size 38 slim, your stomach fits size 40 slim, and your hips align with size 42, custom sizing will ensure the perfect fit for you.

Standard Sizes: Orders for standard sizes are shipped within 7 business days and typically delivered within 10 business days for domestic orders.

Custom Sizes: For made-to-measure styles, dispatch timelines are up to 10 business days. Paid express shipping is available for faster delivery.

PB Luxe Styles: These are shipped within 12 business days and delivered within 15 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, the dispatch timeline remains 12 business days, with delivery approximately 7 business days after dispatch.

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Styles: These styles are shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Delivery takes 2-3 business days after dispatch for domestic orders. Free standard shipping is available.

International Shipping: For all international orders, the dispatch timeline remains the same (within 7 business days for standard sizes and 10 business days for made to measure) and it should reach you around 7 business days after dispatch.

PB x Nava Collection: All orders are shipped within 10 business days and delivered within 14 business days for domestic orders. International orders follow the same dispatch timeline with delivery approximately 7 business days after dispatch.

We offer worldwide shipping, with charges varying based on the size of your order and your location. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or any delivery issues, the customer will need to cover the reshipping cost. For alterations or returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees both ways.

Paid express shipping is available for domestic orders to ensure faster delivery. Please note: selecting express shipping doesn’t affect the production timeline (which is between 7-14 working days depending on the style you choose.) It only reduces the shipping timeline to delivery within 48-36 hours. Contact us for further information.

Exchanges can be requested within 2 weeks of delivery. Items must be in their original condition—unworn and with tags. We’ll review the request before confirming the exchange. You can exchange for another item, store credit, or we can alter the piece if needed. Please contact us for more details.
